Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Disposition der Servicetechniker/innen Selbstständige Auftragsannahme und Auftragsbearbeitung Erste technische Hilfestellung und Beratung bei entsprechenden Störungsmeldungen unserer Kunden Erstellung und Verfolgung von Serviceangeboten Unterstützung beim Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Serviceleistungen sowie in der Garantieabwicklung Fähigkeiten und Anforderungen Idealerweise technische Erfahrungen als Mechatroniker/in im Bereich Baumaschinen/ Landmaschinen/ NFZ/ KFZ Alternativ dazu kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher technischer Affinität Kenntnisse in der Disposition von Außendienst-Technikern/innen von Vorteil Souveränität und Kommunikationsstärke als erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office Interessiert?
